Flowerburst Return & Cancellation Policy
Love it or Return it — 30 Days
We want you to love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, no worries. For orders shipped within the United States, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. For orders shipped to the EU, UK, or Canada, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided items meet the eligibility criteria below.
Order Cancellations
Because our system sends order data to our fulfillment partners immediately after you place an order, we’re unable to cancel orders once they are submitted. Please double-check your cart and shipping information before completing checkout.
Eligibility
Items must be in the same condition that you received them—unread, unused, and in original packaging where applicable. Returned books must arrive in resellable condition to qualify for a refund.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@flowerburst.co with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll reply within 1 business day with next steps. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
Our Error (damaged, defective, wrong title/edition) – We cover everything. You’ll receive a pre-paid shipping label and we’ll refund your original shipping cost.
Change-of-Mind or Other Reasons – You’re responsible for return shipping. Use any carrier you like or ask us for a discounted label that we can deduct from your refund. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Packaging Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are adequately packaged to avoid damage in transit. Returned books must arrive in resellable condition to qualify for a refund.

Need an Exchange?
We do not process direct exchanges. The quickest way is to return your item for a store-credit refund, then place a new order.
EU, UK & Canadian Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off
If your order ships to the EU, UK, or Canada, you may return it within 14 days for any reason. Unless the item is faulty, you’ll cover return shipping costs.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded as store credit usable on any future Flowerburst purchase. Store credit will be emailed to you within 10 business days or 14 calendar days after we receive and inspect your return, whichever comes first.
